Questions, answered

How does the free trial work?

Signing up gives your whole team the full Pro workflow for 14 days, no card required: the complete radar for your market, every dossier with its verdict, evidence and next moves, watchlists, the weekly digest, and 10 buyer-contact reveals to spend on the deals that matter to you. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan: the radar stays visible, your data is kept, and you can upgrade whenever the timing is right.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Every plan is one flat price for your whole company. Invite your sales team, your bid writers and your director without ever thinking about licences.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing runs through Stripe and you manage everything yourself from Settings, including cancelling. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Where does the data come from?

Official TED notices, the EU's public procurement record, using the structured eForms data published since 2024 plus the legacy award archive back to 2019; TenderNed, the Dutch national portal, for live signals including market consultations that never appear on TED; Germany's national Bekanntmachungsservice (oeffentlichevergabe.de) for the German market; and Austria's Kerndaten, published as open data under the BVergG, for the Austrian market. Facts like buyer, supplier, value and award date come straight from the notice. Renewal timing is our estimate and is always labeled as one.

How fresh is the radar?

The dataset is re-ingested, re-scored and re-ranked monthly, and the digest tells you what changed in your market. On top of that, signals are watched daily: tenders going live, market consultations opening and contract modifications on your buyers land the same day. The radar is built to be correct whenever you open it.

What counts as a market?

One country plus one category, for example IT and software in the Netherlands, in Germany or in Austria. Starter covers one market, Pro covers up to three as we widen coverage.
