Public deals are decided before the tender is published. We exist so you are in the room when that happens.
Tendervane started with a pattern that repeats across the Dutch public sector: a capable IT vendor finds a tender the day it is published, scrambles for four weeks, submits a decent bid, and loses to the supplier who had been talking to the buyer for a year. The tender was not the start of the deal. It was the end of a process the winner attended and the loser never knew about.
The strange part: much of the evidence was public the whole time. Awards identify the buyer and the supplier; many carry the value, the dates or a stated contract term. That makes many renewals estimable months or years ahead, with the gaps shown rather than guessed. Nobody was reading it that way, because reading it that way is a full-time job.
So we made it software. Tendervane reads the official notices, works out when each contract comes back to market, who holds it, who to call, and watches the market daily for the moments that matter: a consultation opening, a tender going live, an extension being exercised. Your team gets the radar, the pipeline and the playbook. The buyer gets a vendor who did their homework a year early.
Who we serve
Tendervane is built for commercial and bid teams at IT and software suppliers selling to the public sector. Coverage is live in three markets, each built on its own official sources.
Netherlands
Our home market and deepest coverage: TenderNed and TED, with daily signals such as market consultations.
Dutch market pageGermany
Award data from the national Bekanntmachungsservice (oeffentlichevergabe.de) and TED.
German market page (in German)Austria
Kerndaten published as open data under the BVergG (data.gv.at) and TED.

Every claim is source-backed
Buyer, supplier, value, dates: facts come from official notices and link to the source. If we cannot back it, we do not show it.
Facts and estimates never blur
A renewal window is our inference, and every screen says so. Presenting a guess as a fact would win a demo and lose your trust, in that order.
No dark patterns
Transparent pricing, no card for the trial, cancel yourself in one click. The product has to be worth keeping, not hard to leave.
EU data, EU infrastructure
The data is European public procurement; the database lives in the EU. See the security page for the full picture.
Check our work
Trust in a data product should not require trust in us.
Public methodology
How renewal estimates are computed and how their accuracy is measured is documented on a public page, not treated as a secret.
Read the methodologyOpen figures
Published analyses disclose method, denominator and counter-checks, and their figures are downloadable as CSV under CC BY 4.0.
Dated corrections
When a published figure changes, the correction appears on the page with a date. Nothing is silently rewritten.
Independent coverage
Our procurement research has been reported on by the Dutch trade press. We had no involvement in what they wrote.
Our figures have so far been cited by 4 trade publications, with 10 links to the underlying report. Every mention is listed below, with its date and a link to the article.

Who is behind Tendervane
Tendervane is built and operated by Ravid Efroni, independent and bootstrapped. That structure is deliberate: no investors to satisfy, no sales quota shaping the numbers, and a roadmap that follows paying customers only.
It also means accountability is direct. Questions about the data, the methodology or your account go to ravid@tendervane.com and are answered by the person who builds the product.
The discipline in the product runs the company too: claims carry sources, estimates carry labels, and mistakes get dated corrections.
