What that value is and is not: for a framework agreement the published value is a ceiling, the maximum that may be called off, not what gets spent against it. The tracked total therefore adds published contract values and framework ceilings together, so it is coverage of what buyers published, not a market size and not a spending forecast. Buyer, supplier, value and published dates are facts from the notice; the return window is derived by Tendervane and stays labeled an estimate.

The tender you see today was decided last year.

By the time a tender is published, the buyer has spent months shaping requirements, often with the current supplier in the room. Bidding cold from the notice is how challengers lose. The winners started the conversation two quarters earlier.

Without a radar
  • Trawl TED and TenderNed exports by hand
  • Keep award dates in a spreadsheet that quietly goes stale
  • Find tenders when they go live, when it is already too late
  • React to RFPs written around someone else
With Tendervane
  • Every contract in your market, ranked by when it returns
  • Buyer, current supplier, value and window on one screen
  • Add your own entities, customer accounts and competitors once. See what you defend and what you can attack
  • A pursue-or-skip verdict computed from the evidence in the notice
  • Same-day signals when a buyer you pursue starts moving
  • Refreshed monthly, so the radar is correct when you look

A verdict with evidence, not homework

Each opportunity carries a verdict: pursue, watch or deprioritise, computed from the evidence in the notice. Where the notice publishes a procurement contact, Pro puts it on the dossier.

Signals, the same day the market moves

Daily, Tendervane watches TED and TenderNed for tenders going live, consultations opening and contracts being extended. On a buyer you pursue, you know the same day.

A pipeline for deals that do not exist yet

Pursue a deal and it enters a staged pre-tender pipeline with a playbook generated from the deal's own clock, from intro meeting to bid decision.

Monday morning, the week is on the table

Each teammate gets a personal Monday review: their deals, assigned tasks, open mentions, and what moved on their buyers. Underneath, the dataset re-ingests monthly so the radar is correct when you look.

A radar, not a news feed.

You do not need another tool demanding daily logins. You need to be certain that when you plan your quarter, the picture is correct. Renewal windows slide, contracts get extended, new awards land. Tendervane absorbs all of it monthly, and the digest brings you back only when something in your market actually moved.

Open it before pipeline planning. Trust it when you do.

“Every public contract has an end date. The supplier who wins the next term is usually the one already in the room. Tendervane exists so you can be that supplier.”

Every fact traces to an official publication you can open

Four official layers on one dossier: the TED award notice, live TED signals, TenderNed consultations, and the Rijksaanbestedingskalender, the central government's own published tender planning. Facts and estimates are always separated, on every screen. Hosted in the EU, GDPR-aligned, no scraping of private systems.
