Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of tendervane.com and the Tendervane application, operated by Ravid Efroni, a sole trader in Vienna, Austria, trading as Tendervane (full details in the Impressum). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Use the service on behalf of a company only if you may bind that company.

2. The service

Tendervane provides procurement-market intelligence derived from public sources (including TED and TenderNed) and workflow tools built on top of it: a renewal radar, dossiers, pipeline, tasks, signals and email digests. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation's internal business purposes during your subscription.

3. Facts versus estimates (please read this one)

Data marked as fact (buyer, supplier, value, dates, contacts) is reproduced from official public notices and linked to its source. Data marked as an estimate, including renewal windows, timing, confidence and scores, is our inference and is not a guarantee. Contracts get extended, re-scoped or cancelled. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions; Tendervane informs them, it does not make them.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• No reselling, republishing or bulk redistribution of the curated dataset.
• No scraping, probing or disrupting the service.
• Unlimited team members within your own organisation are welcome; that is the point.

5. Trial, plans, billing

• New organisations receive a 14-day trial of the full Pro workflow with a limited number of buyer-contact reveals, no payment method required. After the trial the account moves to the Free plan.
• Paid plans are billed per organisation via Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days notice, effective at your next renewal.

6. Your data and our data

You own the data your team enters (pipeline, notes, tasks, outcomes). You can request an export and deletion at any time. We own the service, the software and the curated, normalised dataset we build from public sources. Public notice content remains subject to its publishers' terms.

7. Availability and changes

We operate the service with care but provide it "as is", without a formal uptime commitment at this stage. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for during a paid period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost opportunities, including tenders not won.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes go to the competent court in Vienna, Austria.
